Harmful ingredient in it?
Let me first say I love Wen products, have used them exclusively for the past couple of years. Ginger pumpkin smells great and made my hair look good, but I got 2 migraines the first week I used it. I usually get migraines from food with the sweetener aspartame in it (like in Equal). But I was sure I hadn't eaten anything harmful, I'm very careful about that. I finally thought to check the ingredients on the cleansing conditioner (it was the only new thing I'd introduced that week) and saw something in it called aspartic acid. Googling it told me that's a main ingredient in aspartame. So if you're a person who is sensitive to aspartame, DON'T use this product. It guess it absorbs right through the scalp. UPDATE: Make sure you read the comments on this post...I'm not the only one who has had this problem! Oh, and interestingly, I tried to post this same review on QVC which is where I bought the product, and they refused to post it. I just got an email saying it didn't meet their criteria for appropriate product reviews. I guess the only appropriate reviews are the 5 star ones.
