Clearly used-gross!
My daughter and I were very excited to use this product, however upon arrival, we noticed hair wound around the brusheless motor inside the ceramic curling chamber. Considering we paid full price for a new item, not used, the lack of sanitary inspection prior to shipping is extremely disappointing.
