I got this for my daughter's Christmas gift. It was supposed to be from Santa. Reading the reviews I knew the items in the box will be tossed around during shipping due to the poor packaging of the manufacturer. Sure enough, it was. The pastels on the top drawer were all over the place getting color on everything including the box, the plastic tray and other stuff in the same drawer. I was expecting that so no problem, I immediately take out a baby wipe and start wiping down the mess. But one of the brush in the same drawer got stains on it. I don't think it was from shipping, I felt it was a returned item. But I gave the company a benefit of doubt. After I spend some time wiping down the mess and put everything neatly in the tray, I was shocked when I saw two brushes were missing in the third drawer. Now I don't know what to do since there is not enough time to get a replacement shipped to me before Christmas. I still like the product. But I think the company got a lot of returns due to its poor packaging. The packaging was designed for retail store not for shipping which can be easily fixed by adding a foam pad on the top drawer. And I think this particular one I got was a returned and refurbished item that is why the paint brush has stains and there are missing parts. I would only recommend this item if you don't mind doing some cleaning and expect that you might need to return it due to damaged or missing parts.
