Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I have been using Viva Paper Towels for as long as I can remember, they were always a little more but I LOVED the softness and strength of them. Over the past 3 shipments the paper towels have been wrapped so tight that they are difficult to get off the roll, I dealt with it and used two hands (total inconvenience). I called the company and asked if they were doing anything differently and the person who answered said that they weren't and apologized and said they would send me some coupons. I was on autoship with Amazon and canceled that to use up my surplus, I just received my latest case of Viva Strong and Soft Paper Towels and they don't stick together but they aren't soft, quite rough and MUCH thinner. I would call the company and ask again and complain about the paper towels, but they would probably just send me another DOLLAR coupon! I can't even by a crappy roll of paper towels for a stinking dollar! I'm quite sad as I haven't found anything to compare to the ORIGINAL. I'm not sure what's going on but I would never use them to clean glass again as they are rough...
