Better choices elsewhere - Samsonite does not stand behind their product, nor does Amazon
POS! Broke after single use while traveling. Was 5lbs off. Stick to Brookstone digital scale.
08/06/2018 Update: Samsonite provided the following response when asked about a warranty replacement:
"Thank you for contacting us regarding the problem you are experiencing with your Samsonite manual luggage scale. We regret that you have had an unsatisfactory experience and want to help.
Our travel accessories do not have a warranty and would need to go back to the original place of purchase for a return or an exchange according to their policies."
