My original Moosewood is literally falling apart. I finally decided to order a hardback to replace it but found that in this anniversary edition some of my favorites are omitted and many recipes have been altered. That's something you just don't do with already perfect recipes. I'm sure many of these recipes are great, but that is not what I thought I was ordering, and no where in the description does it state original recipes have been altered and/or omitted. If you are trying to replace the original, this anniversary edition isn't for you! I'm returning this one. Lets be honest Hippies made this book what it was, now we are in our 60s and we have plenty of cookbooks. I want that exact flavor from my past, not some dairy free dietarily correct version from 2019!
