Should've read comments first! Got super excited to get this so to integrate into our homeschooling. Kids love those Noggin shows and characters, so I figured it would create more excitement for learning. But.....nothing in life is free, is it? Sure as check NOT this app. Oh sure, you can download the app for free BUT then you immediately have to set up the accounts...with your credit card info! Even for the FREE TRIAL!!!! NOTHING (other than downloading the app itself) IS FREE!!! If you're already paying for cable & internet why even bother with this app? You can't use it without WiFi, so unless you're at home (or burning down your hot spot data) it's basically pointless. Then there's the issue where you don't even have access to all the episodes to each show. Plus some of the games promote violence, which may be okay with some parents - not this one though! When you have kids with ADHD, ODD, and bipolar you tend to want to avoid violence because your child will pick on the behaviors and copy them! I feel lied to right now. "In app purchasing" is NOT the same as "subscription required" to use an app. I'll stick with PBS Kids which is free and just as engaging for the kiddos. Don't waste your time OR money on this. Yeah, the app is free, but you'll be spending $8 each month just to use it!
