This thing is super cheap. I dont know why it cost so much. I've not been this disappointed in a product in a long time. I had one of the outer plastic type French press for about two years with no issue. I think booyah brand. I've bought this 2 weeks ago to have a new one at my new apartment. First it looks nice but that's where it ends. This thing is hard as hell to clean and I've only been using it for a little over a week and it cracked this morning when I filled it up. This thing is garbage. Save your money!
