Amazon has issues with its tissue products!
This is NOT Puffs Plus with Lotion! The tissues are very rough - hard to use on your face and definitely LACK any kind of soothing lotion in or on them. I cancelled this from my Subscribe & Save because this 2nd delivery of 10 boxes is no better than the first. I had to go to CVS yesterday to purchase a few boxes of Puffs with Lotion, because I'm not going to return a huge box of 10 ... I will just have to slowly use them next spring-summer, when I'm not sick with a cold or exposed to lots of cold, dry air.
I have to say that I used to have the same problem with Amazon's Kleenex facial tissues, so that was why I tried this subscription for Puffs Plus instead. Sadly, they were no better than the rough Kleenex tissues. This makes me think that large companies like Amazon must negotiate with these manufacturers to have them make these substandard products that are cheaper, thus increasing their $$ margins. I agree with others who have said the same thing as I am -- you get what you pay for.
I had this exact same problem with buying Amazon's Charmin Ultra toilet tissue. I stopped buy toilet paper from Amazon, and I'm now buying it "in bulk" from Target (free delivery!). Target's Charmin feels like real Charmin Ultra toilet paper, but Amazon's definitely does not. Amazon's Charmin is rough - sometimes as rough as the Aria and some of the other 'recycled toilet tissue products are). Since I usually get $10 off each order via Target, I will start adding some Puffs Plus or soft Kleenex facial tissues to my Target order in the future. Sorry Amazon, but these tissues are no deal!
