Product works fine but when all of MSI competitors have equivalent cards and are basically the same since their all based on Nvidia reference design, what would be a good reason to buy one manufacturer over the other? Well customer service for one. MSI had very poor CS. Don't go to their web forum or you will be banned for asking a question on a topic you didn't start. Very poor customer service especially after buying two of their 2080 ti X Trio cards.
