Setup was a breeze - it found my WiFi, no prob! Password changed, no prob! Computer found it right off the bat, no prob! Everything go, no prob! Printed 10 sheets, and it started jamming on the 11th one, and hasn’t quit, no matter what I try to do. I looked in the tray slot. I looked at the self-feed (one of the online help suggestions was to run a sheet through the self-feed - that didn’t work either). I looked in the pinch-to-open slot in the back. I rebooted via unplugging when it told me to, as the LCD readout told me to do. I pushed stop when it told me to. Zip. It just jams up. Gotta wonder if others are having this prob, or if I got a bad machine. Pics attached of the paper as the sheets come out of the machine. 1 is the back side of a sheet that came out printed, but is slightly crumpled. 2, the next sheet, didn’t even print (and should have, given I set 3 pages to print in my computer). Sheet 3 is a sheet that was trying to feed into the self-feed slot in the back of the machine. Sheet 4 is the clincher. There are 2 ridged prongs that stick up on the back of the paper tray, and the paper (allegedly) feeds over these and under a roller that grabs and feeds the paper to the print head. 4 (both shots) was what I wriggled out of the back of the machine. You can see what it did to that sheet. I sat it on the paper tray so the lineup with said prongs is clear. 5 is to show that the print tray was set up correctly, because I have used printers before. Keep in mind, all this is from a single print job of 3 pages, and this is the result. I wanted this machine for the multi functionality, and chose it for both that and the INKvestment value-added. Looks like I’ll be returning it, instead. I wasted approximately 30 sheets of 20-lb copy paper and hours of my time both yesterday and this morning. Upsetting!
