I'm on the phone with Black & Decker right now. The unit arrived without fancy "Compact &Go" catcher that features prominently in several pictures, in the video (where it's strengths are touted), in the description paragraph and in the list of included features. The customer service call just clicked over 60 minutes. In the first hour so far, Black and Decker rep has claimed the catcher pictured does not exist. After asking him to watch the video simultaneously with me, he suddenly had put me on hold again and to go talk to someone who "knows this product." Around the 48 minute mark he returned with a new story. The "Compact & Go" (which he now acknowledges) is no longer included. The list of features needs to be changed and the video needs to be pulled down. Ok. Thing is... They need to mail me what they just SOLD me on their page and video on Amazon! It was very frustrating to be treated as crazy by the Black & Decker customer support rep. I asked for a supervisor.... Waited 13 more minutes soaking in the lovely piano music. I'm supposed to leave a message.
