I recently purchased and then returned the Aerocart and wanted to post a few thoughts. First, evidently the boxes are in better condition as mine arrived in excellent condition. Second, assembly was very simple. Third, it's not nearly as big as you would think. While the length is about standard for a wheelbarrow or dolly, it sits very low to the ground and is a bit awkward to operate for taller users. Also, while the specs give a 300 pound weight limit, that had better be some very dense material as the load is severely limited by the width of the device. I'm thinking it's about a third the capacity of a standard wheel barrow. Fourth, while I was pleased overall with the quality of the construction, the fold out arms for carrying over size items are the weak link. The 80 pound weight limit and the limited width are the reasons that I returned the cart. I purchased it to move a potted palm tree around and it was not up to the task. Fifth, the return process worked great. Thanks, Amazon.
