DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE. I bought my first one in April 2018 for $500 (I see they have dropped the price) and it broke by the end of June. 3 months for $500, that is crazy! You can by a pretty nice reguIar indoor bike for this price! I called the company because it was under 90 days, and this information on amazon for me at the time of purchase for 90 days. I asked them if they could just send a new belt That I could replace it, because I could tell that is what snapped. They said no that wasn’t an option but they sent me a second one. After I got the new one I opened up the old one and it was the belt that broke. The belt is really thin and fine. I was surprised it lasted three months? I used the second bike until a month ago and then it broke. I tried emailing the company but have not heard back from you for weeks now. I have been in the exercise field for many years and realize that companies make exercise equipment cheap, because they know that the person won’t use it past 90 days. This has been proven, 90% of people will not continue using an exercise device they have bought. However, I do use them! I use them every day and to work on! For $500 which I paid, I think it should work longer than 3 months! I tried to reach to them to see even if I could help them make it better and they have never responded.
