I am extremely disappointed in this product. The pieces I received are defective and only fit together if all of the pieces have the rough, unfinished sides showing. The instructions are very confusing and spent many hours trying to figure out how to assemble this piece before I realized that something is wrong with the pilot holes (some of which don't even exist). I will update this review once I get an answer back from customer service. EDIT 10/17 - I contacted customer service and they told me they won't issue refunds if the product is opened/assembled. How would I have known that there was something wrong with the product unless I tried to assemble it? I have opened a dispute for this charge. I wish I could give lower than one star. EDIT 10/18 - Customer service now wants me to take time out of my day to send them photos of the defective pieces so that they can notify their manufacturer - all without any indication that they are going to refund my money.
