We loved this bidet...at first. We even bought one for each bathroom. However, they both started to leak, a lot. They are not leaking from the attached hoses. They are leaking from the bottom of the control box. This tells me that the valve on the inside of the box has an issue. However, there is no way to open the control box without breaking the bidet. I contacted the company and never got a reply. It has gotten to the point that it leaves a pretty big puddle on the floor and we have to replace both. Very disappointed!
