I ordered this product TWICE!! and both times it broke. Unfortunately the second time it was after 2 months so I couldn't return it to Amazon and it was a HUGE flaw. One of the pedal directly fell out of the machine. This is a piece of garbage, a total unreliable and awful constructed machine. The wheels are cheap (I had to order to the warehouse another set because they were disintegrated after two weeks), the machine makes a lot of noise, the pedals bend and they fall apart, the wheels don't stay in the guide... I want my money back, I cannot believe this product can have so many problems. I do not want another one. Even if it's free I wouldn't accept it. It can be dangerous and hazard. I was doing exercise when the pedal fell off and I fell into the floor. Imagine that happening to an older person or to an adult that has bone problems or whatever. You can be injured pretty bad and this company doesn't take responsibility at all. The customer care is non-existent. I called many times, no one answers. I left voice messages and nobody call back. I sent them emails and I got no response. This company is TOTAL S*** as well as their products. DON"T BUY IT!!! you would regret it for the rest of your life.
