First off let me say I love other LiveWell products so this reaction to their product came as quite the surprise to me. This product did not work for me. I normally have low blood pressure of around 102/65. I tried these and had the most restless night in a long time, and the next day when I took it again I felt terrible hours later, my normally LOW blood pressure shot up (both top and bottom numbers!) to almost double what they normally are! I was stunned. I felt dizzy, my vision was super blurry, I felt really strange. Decided to take my blood pressure with my Omron machine I've had for other family members and found out that I was in hypertensive crisis range! I stopped taking these and have since returned to normal low numbers. Just beware, as this was really scary for me when I just thought I was taking a new magnesium supplement! Yikes! I have since gone back to the other magnesium I've been taking for years, until I find a suitable replacement. I don't like buying mixed products now, this has other stuff with it that evidently I just don't need or need to take straight up magnesium and not all that other stuff that's with this.
