I purchased this phone back in January and was amazed at the perceived quality for the money. However 10 months later I regret making this purchase. the phone is still in great physical condition. I keep it in a case and did not abuse it in any way. However the battery started to swell and popped the screen up in the middle of both sides. I emailed Honor to see if they would "honor" their warranty. I received a message back stating that the battery swelling was my fault and they would not "honor" the warranty. Great phone if you only need it for a couple months. Just keep in mind you'll have to buy another in less than a year.
