I liked the topper at first when I bought it in December but a couple months of use later and it's developed a large hole where my elbow presses against it while turning. I'm 5'6, 145 lbs so I'm not exerting a large amount of pressure. I just slept like anyone normally would. I'm just really disappointed and sad. It took about five -six weeks for the foot long hole/tear to form. Wish I'd noticed it before the 30 day return date was up. It says in description that this topper has a tree year warranty . When I contacted Amazon they were unable to locate a copy of the warranty and suggested I contact the Lucid company. I emailed them but haven't heard back. I wrote Amazon a second time to see if they could contact Lucid for me or help with the warranty but they could offer no help. Just take the three year warranty that's described in the description with a grain of salt. I don't think this is a very durable product and I'd just invest my money in a different topper. It's very soft which some people really like but over time it can start go feel uncomfortable although my husband likes the way it feels so it's just up to preference. I don't think this one is dense enough so that's probably why it tore up so easily. Update: well it's March and if Lucid were going to write me back and try to make this right then they would have by now. They need to remove the three year warranty in the description because it simply isn't true. I'm stuck with a subpar product.
