Very disappointed in quality control!
Just received my box of thread! The colors are beautiful and can't wait to used them, BUT . . . . I purchased 63 spools of thread and only received 59! They even used tissue paper to stuff the empty space. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I realize it is only 4 spools, but it's the principle of the matter!!!! YOU DON'T RIP OFF YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! I will pursue this issue until it is resolved!
