Guys, this stuff is garbage. First of all, it can only whiten your teeth if they are surface stains, like from wine or coffee. If you have yellowing teeth due to age or genetics, this will do absolutely nothing, because the color comes from the inside of your teeth, not the surface. Furthermore, you are scrubbing a gritty material across your teeth, which over time will wear away at your teeth, making the problem worse. It may work temporarily for surface stains, but then you're going to have more problems down the road with worn away enamel. I started using it before I realized the damage that it could cause, and I didn't see a difference, anyway. I will stick to whitening through my dentist.
