I was very excited for this bike. Received it on time and assembled it carefully. The first workout went pretty good, though the resistance does not go very high and I had a hard time getting my heart rate up (despite being WAY out of shape). When i sat down to bike again, I noticed that the bike was making a disturbing, rapid clicking noise—8 times per revolution. I opened up the case and found that a spring had been installed incorrectly, with a sharp metallic point sticking out and catching the belt as the flywheel rotates. This is shredding the drive belt and I have no way to fix it. The spring can’t be removed and I have no means to cut through metal to remove the sharp end. Very disappointed that poor build quality ruined a product that would otherwise have been an overall great value and experience.
