I should have paid closer attention to all their advertisements and descriptions and not purchased this product. Unfortunately my cats haven't given this a second glance after opening (even though they love boxes and brown bags). Maybe they will eventually give it a go but I found that the restock fee, according to their email response to my request for a return, is 20% to 50%, thus, as they point out, it hardly seems worth it. I wish I had looked a bit at different local stores before trying out a somewhat pricey cat toy. It's understandable that they can't reuse a used toy...they cite hair, smells, etc. But I've thankfully returned toys that didn't work to stores and I think I'll stick with those retailers that have that ability. Good reviews, but didn't work for us and I hope to draw attention to the fact that this is difficult to get your money back on, so if you're on the fence, I wouldn't recommend it.
