DO NOT BUY!!! This is the worst vacuum I have ever bought!!!! The charger went bad after six months. When I called Dyson I was put through hours of trouble shooting to conclude the charger went bad. Then I was informed the warranty doesn’t cover the charger heck it doesn’t even cover a battery. DO NOT BUY VACUUM AND IF YOU DO DO NOT BOTHER WITH THE WARRANTY! Oh and customer service at Dyson is hit or miss. You may get a great person or you may get an attitude.
