Be VERY CAREFUL with neem! I got liver failure after using this product! After using this neem powder for about 4 months following the recommended dosage, my liver became so damaged I had to be hospitalized for weeks, was on bed rest for almost two months, and was on a liver transplant waiting list! Because I don't drink or do drugs (and am 28 years old, no previous medical conditions), doctors concluded that my liver must have become damaged by this neem powder. After some research, I've discovered that although neem is supposed to detoxify and clean the liver, in some cases it might do the opposite and damage it. I can't say if my condition was caused by the impurity/quality of this particular product or just by neem itself, but just know that neem can be dangerous and you should be very careful using it. Don't underestimate the power of plants!
