American Cut--removes the important final scene in favor of a cheap, nonsensical jump scare.
Good movie, but unfortunately, this is the American cut. The original version ends ambiguously, but the American Cut removes the final scene, ending it on a cheap, non-sense jump scare. While that scene is also in the original, the scene that would follow afterward makes things a bit more clear (ironically, given that it gives us less answers), and at least keeps the scene in context with the rest of the film. Without the actual final scene, the ending to this movie is basically a genre-shift plot hole.
