Purchased January 2016 and now March 2017. Material coming apart on roof. You can literally run your hand over it and it's flaking apart. Tears along edge over the awning (rounded edge, not sharp) I have sent them photos and a replacement request along with pictures. I'll update if they respond back. Update: So they responded back with this reply: Hey Micheal, we do provide a 1 year total replacement warranty on the covers, after the first year the warranty is prorated. The prorating is 50% of the original cost of the cover, in this case it would be $136.31, You are also responsible for the shipping to you, I’ve gone ahead and figured that cost would be $52.73 sending it to the address on the Amazon invoice, so if you’d like to have the cover replaced, the cost to you would be $189.04. Please advise me on how you would like to go. Thank you. $189.04? I can buy a new one from Amazon with free shipping for $192, so their wopping coverage saved me $3 for something that only lasted 14 months but is advertised with a 2 year warranty. Spend your money on another cover folks as it was coming apart well before warranty was up but they say it's only 1 year. Horrible waste of money.
