Couldn't figure out why my blue Heeler wasnt responding..would use sound, worked, would use vibration, worked assuming shock worked he would continue his normal naughty behavior. He touched the cattle fence one day and acted like a baby running like he was shot..I though well if he responded like that to the fence there is NO way on 100 he is getting shocked without a wince..NOPe NOTHING!! It worked when it came out of the package..dont like to use shock so who knows probably only worked when I tested it because he never yipped or winced once when I pushed shock. Also the buttons are horribly though out. A small button in upper right to deliver signal..u end up changing modes instead of delivering signal in a hurry. The mode button is where your thumb rests and it's the largest darn button. Otherwise battery etc is fine. Cloth collar blah..a dog likes to roll in funck..
