It had most of the features I needed and looked great. The list of bad happened when I unwrapped it... -head rest had too many sharp edges just waiting for therapist to cut themselves on - headrest was made from pressed boards and the what was metal...agin sharp edges - though comfortable the padding seem to crunch like thick brillo sponge ? -When lifting it out of my trunk, the material sewn around the handle of the carry case started to rip -after the first use, I found split in the material already - lifting the bag to put back in my trunk ...more ripping sound from the side strap area and a hole in the bottom of the case. I have had my original Oakwork table and carrying bag since 1998 and things were wearing out for the past 5 years and thought it was time for an upgrade. Well now I think I should just re-upholstery my old sturdy table !!!
