I have been buying this shampoo for years and use the big bottles to fill a small one that I keep in my shower. In May, when I used the last of my big bottle to fill the shower container, I bought two of the 32 oz bottles for future use. In July, just after my return window closed, I opened the first new big bottle. The shampoo was super runny and seemed very watered down compared to what I had previously received. When I used the new shampoo I had to use 3-4 times as much on my hair to get the same lather, yet my hair never feels clean. After about a month of use now, my hair is constantly feeling dry and damaged, no matter how much conditioner I use. I am also consistently loosing more and more hair while shampooing. When it comes to conditioner, I use the corresponding Avalon Organics Lavender conditioner, which has done great conditioning my hair till the recent change in the shampoo quality. I will never buy this shampoo again and recommend that other people don't waste their time and money on it.
