Stained and yellow
This pillow isn’t just "used." It would take months (or years?) to get this dirty. This is appalling. Does the company think people will not unzip the outer cover after unboxing it? Please unzip the fabric cover off after opening the box. Take a look and make sure you didn't pay full price for a vile, used product that could have bedbugs.
