I just purchased two of these C328W monitors, in two separate orders. Both of the boxes said they were C328Ws. However, both of the monitors I received look different. The first had the buttons on the back left, and the other had them on the back right. One of them was black and the other a silver/metallic. One came with a manual that said C32, and the other C325W. Both had stickers on the back that said the monitors are C325W... but I paid for the C328W. When I went to Sceptre's website there was no C328W monitor listed under curved monitors. I am attaching photos to this review, and I have emailed Amazon to see how this can be resolved. I just noticed that on both boxes the C328W sticker was placed OVER the original sticker. You can clearly see on one of the photos the sticker underneath says C325W!
