I was excited to try this shampoo and conditioner because of the great reviews and my past success with products that contain Argan oil. I have long, naturally wavy hair that is damaged at the ends due to curling and is prone to tangles (picture). I wear my hair in loose curls regularly, so I look for Shampoo/conditioner (and all hair products really) that will give me a shine, not make it stick straight, and smell great. Here are my issues: 1. I swear it made my hair shed/break at a faster rate than normal! To test this, I switched back and forth between my old shampoo and conditioner (Enjoy Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner) and this brand. I lost significant more hair with this product! It wasn't making my hair necessarily fall out - the ends were mostly just breaking off. 2. The conditioner has a chemical smell. 3. You don't get a lot I gave two stars and not one because the shampoo does smell good and the conditioner is thick. It almost comes out more as a solid than a liquid, which is hard to find. Ultimately, go with Enjoy. It smells amazing and makes your hair silky. (The reason I tried branching out was I felt like it made my hair too soft, which made it sometimes hard to curl and tangled more easily.) 10/27 UPDATE: The company reached out to me to ask about my experience with their shampoo and conditioner. The representative was very nice and offered me a refund as well as 30% off my next purchase. I am definitely impressed with their customer service, however, I am sticking to my original statement - this product did make my hair break at an excelled rate. I am not deleting my review (refund or not) because I hope that it will be helpful to other people with my hair type. With that being said, if you think this shampoo or conditioner is for you - give it a try! Their customer service is amazing and they love hearing feedback.
