I had high hopes for this product after reading the great reviews. I wish I had read the reviews of consumers who actually used it before leaving their review. Seriously flawed product. Where do I even begin? I bought this mainly to hold my family of 5's passports and boarding passes for our trip to Scotland. I liked that it had a crossbody strap and I wanted to keep it close to my body and have my hands free. When I got it, I was worried because the fabric tabs seemed flimsy and were not reinforced but I took a chance. I did not pack it with stuff as they did in their photos. I placed a keyring with 3 keys on the interior keyring holder, 5 passports and boarding passes, 3 credit cards and a driver's license, and $100 cash into this product. That's all. 1st it hangs upside down when using the crossbody straps. If the zipper isn't closed perfectly stuff falls out. 2nd the exterior pockets where I had the boarding passes fell out because the pockets are too loose and it hangs upside down. 3rd I didn't even make it to the gate and one of the tabs that holds the strap broke! I had to switch to the hand strap which defeated the purpose of why I bought it. 4th at my layover the 2nd tab broke and I now had to improvise by hooking the wrist strap to the zipper tab. 5th the keyring holder actually broke too during this 14 day trip. So what is good about this product? The concept is great, the zippers are strong, the fabric and mesh pockets hold up. (The stitched tabs with metal rings DO NOT). A redesign of the tabs along with stronger/wider body/wrist straps and reinforced stitching would make this worthy of a 5 star product.
