The arm itself is fine. My 2-star rating is because this arm is not wall-mountable, despite the item description. I was able to wall-mount it, but it required drilling holes in the metal base and using drywall toggle bolts, which are not included. I was pinched for time and made it work, but this IS NOT A WALL MOUNT ARM. Or at least it doesn't come that way. The instructions and hardware allow you to mount it on the edge of a desk, or drill a hole through a horizontal surface and mount it that way, but don't plan on mounting this on a wall unless you are prepared to modify it and supply your own toggle bolts/drywall anchors.
