Don't get me wrong, when my girlfriend gifted me this Ember mug I quickly went from skeptical to hooked. Having a perfectly hot sip every drop of the way down became something I craved. But then, it stopped working. I had it replaced. And then it stopped working again. And then, customer support just stopped responding to me. For this price, it shouldn't be a disposable mug. Maybe they've figured it out with the newer models? Maybe not. But I guess those of us who got in early are screwed.
