It has some weight to it, so takes a little time to get installed properly. Easy enough dw. Its comfortable to use. no issues there, prob better than the pull up bar at the gym. Plus is that no one else is using it XD The major downside is that it will ruin your doorway. Was able to do 1 pull up before seeing the damage it did.
