I am so sad! I am so loyal to Ziwi; I will use nothing else as a base for my Old English Sheepdog puppies. However, because it is arriving as a powder, I no longer have a base food for my puppies.... just a bunch of powder. An average of 50-75% of each of the last three 8lb bags was this powder consistency. I now have no base! For the price, it’s a complete waste. I called the number listed on the bag for their American contact. And no one ever got back to me and no one ever showed that they cared. I spent well over $400 for these three bags! Hence, my review. (I normally never would’ve gone straight to a permanent, public posting, but my other efforts to contact the maker and/or to resolve this issue went unanswered.)
