This will NOT fit into a standard 3 gallon bucket.
The description of this product is misleading. It does not even come close to fitting into a standard 3 gallon bucket (see photo). It won't even clear the top of the bucket before getting stuck on the sides. And in order to use it effectively it should sit flat on the bottom.
