I wanted to do the right thing and help the planet by buying a refurbished phone. I really was hoping for the best on this. First the phone came in a padded envelope with a thin cardboard box (crushed, not the hard protective box the original phone comes in), also a micro thin layer of plastic molded to fit a much larger phone. This sort of says it all but wait - there was a big scratch on the screen; gee how did that happen? Well I was lucky to have have a scratch on the screen to give me something to look at as the display did not work at all - nope no display. The audio did work as the phone was talking to me constantly in Spanish. I was dubious UPS would even accept the return as the phone kept talking every time the phone was moved, but fortunately they did. I will credit the seller for refunding what I paid for it but there is no excuse for this kind of nonsense of a faulty device with poor packing. Save your money and buy a new one.
