Purchased new, but the set just stopped working after three months (and about a dozen uses). Contacted SS tech support and they cheerfully informed me any of their products sold through Amazon or any Amazon resellers are void of any and all warranty and support. Yes, a $150 headset worked for maybe 20 hours in all then died, and I am stuck with it because SS will not warrant or support it and I am about three weeks outside of Amazon's return window. SERIOUSLY?
