Have been buying this product for some time to help with my husband who has cancer to gain weight. I have been happy until I opened a brand new container put a scoop in his drink and went to scoop another and found some kind of stringy substance like rope in it. Called Cytosport only to be told they would send me an envelope to mail the substance in so they could analyze it. Had I not caught this is would have went through my blender and I would have fed it to my husband through his feeding tube. Not happy with their customer service and basically being told all well we really can't do anything. Will NOT be buying the product again!
