As I stated on my headline, the idea is great, a huge plus for people in need of handling stuff carried on top of car racks. But, ... they are 3 major manufacturing flaws: 1. Top hook protection very weak and thin, ... probably wearing out on 20-30 uses 2. Bottom rubber shoe is protruding out of vertical back side of hanging hook just 1/16 “. After bottom rubber shoe wearing out, sooner or later, the hook wall will press against car surface producing major paint damages. Solution: bottom rubber shoe must protrude more, like 3/16” x 1/4“ off back side vertical hook hanging wall. 3. Bottom rubber shoe is build of a soft rubber, that 100% is going to wear out quickly because of compression. Solution: must be used a more dense rubber for bottom shoe. Conclusion: expensive product manufactured with major flaws. I hope manufacturer will take in consideration my comments to review the manufacturing process a for future better product. For the moment I am going to keep the product for intensive testing, because the idea is great!😎
