Update: we returned our tablet. After speaking with a customer service rep about how slow the tablet is, she told us it’s designed to be that slow and she herself was more happy with the tablet she bought from walmart. Maybe it’s befause it’s a base model, but I figure it shouldn’t run THAT slowly. We’re really unhappy with this tablet. It’s very slow and confusing to use. We figured a little tablet for our daughter would be super fun for her but we can’t operate it! Restrictions for the children’s profile isn’t nearly what it needs to be. Interface and design is clunky and unintuitive. We regret buying this and wish we had bought an iPad.
