Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

This is a terrible crib product. It looks cheap and feels cheap. The white paint was unevenly applied and rubs off easily (how is that safe for the baby?). The wooden pieces arrived cracked. Look at my pictures. The quality is absolutely disgusting. It gets worse - customer service is non-existent. There is no way to reach a human being. You have to leave a voicemail, to which no one will ever reply. I’m really disappointed. Davinci Kalani turned out to be a huge waste of money and a huge waste of time I honestly don’t know where the five-star reviews are coming from. Are they fake reviews?
