Note that you CAN NOT replace the battery. The spec sheet says "this UPS has a maintenance-free 12V/7.0Ah battery and is user replaceable." But the Manual says "Contact CyberPower Systems about replacement batteries." When you contact Cyberpower, they'll tell you "We do not sell a battery for that unit because the unit does not have the safety features required by UL to have a user replaceable battery. The battery in this unit should be replaced by service personnel with a 12V/7Ah sealed lead-acid battery." So, they lied. Pretty scummy. The unit has a tamper-proof torx screw for the battery cover. AND a 12V-7Ah battery in the required small format is impossible to find. If you try the more common 12V-5Ah battery, the unit will squeal like a pig and be unusable.
