I bought brand new batteries at the same time that I got these. I installed the batteries correctly, the lights turned on right away. I installed them inside my new kitchen cabinets, eagerly waited until dark and opened my cabinets. No light. Waved my hand in front of the light. Nope. Tapped the lights ... a few times. Nothing. Put my face in front of the light and begged & pleaded & then resorted to jig dancing. Nope. Walking away from the cabinets in disgust and sorrow, I heard 2 of the lights fall off their weird little rotating magnet that the double-sided tape is supposed to stick to. The next thing I did is the best part of these lights: I printed off the return form and packed them all back in their box to return to CHINA.
