I made the HUGE mistake of purchasing this desk based on all the positive customer reviews. I highly regret doing so. The assembly is incredibly easy. I assembled it in under a half hour and was incredibly excited to use it. I plugged the desk in, raised it...and then couldn't lower it back down. The desk would go down an inch and then raise itself again. After a lot of trial and error, I managed to get it down to a very awkward position where it's too high to use in a chair but too low to stand at. The desk reads E01, which according to the manual I need to wait 18 MINUTES until I can raise or lower the desk again. When the motor does operate, it's incredibly loud and noisy. Don't be like me: Ignore all the positive reviews and do not purchase this desk. Now I'm stuck with this $400 waste of money, and I have no idea how I plan to return this hunk of junk.
