I purchased this espresso maker because the photo in the product description looked identical to one I used to own. However when I received it, it was not the same product as in the photos. I added photos so you can see everything that comes with this product and the differences between the description photos and the actual item. The frothing wand on this machine is different than advertised. This one comes with a small automatic frothing wand. The product was supposed to come with a professional frothing wand that had a auto frothing wand attachment. As the photos showed in the product description. It is impossible to use a auto frothing wand to do latte art properly. Also the attachment on the frothing wand is very cheap and was stripped. The frothing wand is very difficult to clean on this due to the fact it's made out of cheap plastic that was stripped and could not be screwed on properly. Overall this machine did not make a good cup of espresso it tastes more like a cup of coffee from a percolator. There was zero crema after pulling a shot. However this product is only capable of 5 bar pressure. You need a machine that could achieve 15 bar pressure and then drop down to 9 bar after the shot starts being pulled. So this machine is not a true espresso machine. But I did have hope for it since I mainly only wanted a good frothing machine. Because it was not as advertised it defeated the purpose. I cannot recommend this product. Due to the misleading photos in the description, along with the fact it was unable to pull a good shot of espresso.
